Thin crust pizza with arugula, Auroville, India

The Italians came and built a wood burning stove. The mozzarella is locally made, the olives are imported. I don’t know who originally brought the arugula seeds. Most of the ingredients are organic.

The pizza cost CAN$3 and was pretty good (ie. excellent by most people’s standards which are not as stratospheric as mine).

  1. Well, the posterous test worked, but the post had to be edited anyways because the font was messed up (garbage tags were inserted by Posterous, or maybe Outlook?), the tags didn’t populate properly, and the image had a 2 pix hyperlink border in a a forced blue colour.

  2. Also, the garbage html messed up the WordPress theme! A pointless opening div, a dozen pointless span and font tags, no closers… arrgh. Won’t be doing that again, not from Outlook, anyways.
