We accept payment by credit card and by Stripe (like PayPal but better).
Please contact us to arrange payment by cheque or bank transfer for larger purchases.
Shipping is Free!
To celebrate the opening of our new shop we are offering free shipping on all orders, to anywhere!
Our packaging is secure though minimal, which saves on shipping costs and reduces environmental impact.
Items are shipped within 3 business days, usually the next day.
All shipments are sent by first class postal air service. Loss insurance and shipment tracking is included in the price of shipping of all items over $CAN50.
Express shipping and local delivery can be arranged, please let us know.

If you’d like anything delivered anywhere special or in a unique way, let us know.
We are based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. You may be able to arrange a pick-up or drop-off if you live in this area – please do let us know.
Satisfaction and Refunds
If your item arrives damaged or not as described or not quite as magical as expected – please let us know as soon as you.
Generally, all sales are final because we would never send you anything less than perfect. Mistakes do happen, though, so for sure just contact us before returning items for any reason.
Purchases over CAN$50 are insured against loss and shipped with tracking, included in the price.
